WinWin International is a "diverse team of creative and curious individuals, dedicated to effecting meaningful change within the world of work through the magic of learning and development". This groundbreaking company approached us needing a complete website redesign. They were in need of a site that is user-friendly and informative, while sharing their vibrant winning culture. Finding a balance between 'we mean business' and sharing their personal creative flair was a challenging but all-round exciting and rewarding task!
From look and feel exploration to detailed wireframes, front-end design and back-end development, we managed it all and couldn't be happier with how it all came together. WinWin International provided us with their company corporate identity and incredibly executed content and we took it from there. We explored effective layout design, user-experience flows and strategies, call-to-action styling, imagery sourcing and treatment, colour treatment, use of typography, the list goes on. We extracted elements from their company pattern to communicate their colourful and personal culture. This resulted in a custom iconography pack which is used throughout the site and is completely unique to their company, providing them with a strong, identifiable and recognisable brand voice.
